PowerShell : Check Network Latency of Multiple Machines
LATENCY : Network latency is an expression of how much time it takes for a packet of data to get from one designated point to another.
HOW IT WORKS :
A bit of tweaking the already existing ‘Test-Connection’ cmdlet to get minimum and maximum latency (in Milliseconds) of packets send form one source to another, gives us the below output in a neat tabular format.
Most important benefit of using this function is you get a output in a Tabular Format by passing the values from a file, or Active Directory in one go.
Moreover, you can easily control the Packet Count to be sent the target computer out of which Highest and the Lowest latency would be calculated and displayed.
Also, you get a Progress Bar while the function is executing to know the status.
HOW TO RUN IT :
Once compiled this cmdlet could be used in below manner to check latency of multiple computers from different sources in one go.
